i feel like crap

i've been home feeling progressively worse all day. favorite things to eat when you feel like garbage: go!

  1. vegetable soup (savoy cabbage, shredded carrots, zucchini, garlic-all barely cooked) in a miso broth with noodles or rice. If my tummy isn’t upset, I add some tofu or beans, too.
