new tofutti cream cheese

okay, yesterday i whined about new cream cheese; today i'll sing some praises. on the same co-op trip when i discovered the FYH cream cheese, i also found some new (well, new to me anyway!) tofutti "cheddar" cream cheese. i grabbed it, and we finally tried some tonight on a bagel. totally yum! and not only that, but i had both cats in my lap at the time, and they both wanted to eat my bagel (and finley almost NEVER wants people food). for reference, if you're interested… it smells kind of like american cheese, and it tastes very creamy–like, well, cream cheese.
